The first Benches that we saw were Benches of 3, 7 & 12.
The Pattern for a Bench of 3 is The Godhead.
- The Spirit
- The Son
- The Father
The Pattern for a Bench of 7 is The 7 Spirits of God.
- The Spirit of The LORD
- The Spirit of Wisdom
- The Spirit of Understanding
- The Spirit of Counsel
- The Spirit of Might
- The Spirit of Knowledge
- The Spirit of The Fear of The LORD
The Pattern for The Bench of 12 is 3-fold.
- The 12 Sons of Jacob
- The 12 Apostles
- The 12 Foundations of New Jerusalem
OUB has had a Bench of 3, 7 & 12 at various times in our Journey as an Ecclesia.
- This was originally based on the Teaching of Heavenly Realms fathers.
- The only Bench that I still see as valid for a House is The Bench of 12.
Here is what I currently see about Benches.
Ya Sod is a Bench of 3.
- It is the highest Heavenly Court / Counsel.
- It is made up of the 3 members of The Godhead.
- I see that after an extensive Journey each of us comes to sit on these 3 seats.
- Beginning with The Spirit Seat.
- Then The Son Seat.
- Then The Father Seat.
Benches of 7
There are many Benches of 7.
- The 7 Spirits of God
- Wisdom’s 7 Handmaidens
Every Bench of 7 is a Journey of Growth for each of us.
- Beginning with the 1st.
- Ending with the 7th.
- We mature with respect to The Bench once we have been fully trained by all 7.
- One after another.
Benches of 12
This is the only Bench that I see relating directly to a House.
- Beginning with a Bench of 12 Apostles.
- Then a Bench of 12 Sons.
- Then a Bench of 12 Fathers.
It is important that at no time does The Bench of 12 function as a Church Board.
- A Church Board is a function of The Church Age.
- It has no place in any higher Ages.
- A Church Board supervises the work of a Church Age Pastor / Pastors.
When a Church Board function remains in a higher Age it is a major problem.
- Those not yet functioning in that Age supervise those who are functioning in it.
- This never works out well.
- Benches are meant to be made up of people who are doing the work.
Benches of 12 function in an Age.
- Benches of 12 Apostles function in The Kingdom Age.
- Benches of 12 Sons function in The Age of Melchizedek.
- Do Benches of 12 Fathers function in The Age of Peace?
