Mobile Court aka Court of Accusation

Credit to Robert Henderson and Ian Clayton for portions of this revelation especially in regards to protocol.

Why is there a need for a mobile court?

God has heard the cries of his own that justice (making things right according to God’s law) has been denied, and He, in his wisdom, has provided relief.

One such cry can be heard in Job 23:1-7 (NKJV):

Then Job answered and said:

2 “Even today my complaint is bitter;
My hand is listless because of my groaning.

3 Oh, that I knew where I might find Him,
That I might come to His seat!

4 I would present my case before Him,
And fill my mouth with arguments.

5 I would know the words which He would answer me,
And understand what He would say to me.

6 Would He contend with me in His great power?
No! But He would take note of me.

7 There the upright could reason with Him,
And I would be delivered forever from my Judge.

Job 23:1-7 (NKJV)

Job was explicitly declared blameless yet despite being righteous The LORD was made to “destroy him without cause”:

3 Then the Lord said to Satan, “Have you considered My servant Job, that there is none like him on the earth, a blameless and upright man, one who fears God and shuns evil? And still he holds fast to his integrity, although you incited Me against him, to destroy him without cause.”

Job 2:3 NKJV

Without a court the righteous have no way to contest accusations brought against them. When accusations are uncontested, God’s justice requires that a default judgment be granted to the accuser. This means the accuser gets what he asked for.

This was the situation in Job. Our situation differs slightly in that we have an advocate (lawyer) Jesus Christ the righteous for when we sin (1 John 2:1) and the same man constantly interceding for us as priest. Nevertheless there are still times we need stand in court.

What benefits does the mobile court bring?

  • Easy access to deal with legal matters. The court does not require maturity nor position for you to access it.
  • You learn the heart of the Father in relation to justice and his care for the people.
  • Your journey accelerates as injunctions and blockages are lifted off of you.
  • You start receiving training in heavenly legal matters. First as a plaintiff and later as a judge.
  • You start to see the foundation of His government. The foundation is righteousness and justice. Here you enforce your righteousness and see justice executed.
  • If others (such as family members) are unable to come for themselves (recommended) you have avenue to stand in for them and deal with accusations on their behalf.

What proof is there of this particular court?

There is abundant evidence of various judicial courts in heaven (https://www.oneunitedbody.org/2025/04/03/verses-in-scripture-referring-to-courts-of-heaven/), but what of this particular court – the mobile court?

Scripture

  • Zechariah 3 is possibly a picture of the mobile court.

Shadows in Scripture

  • What is a shadow?
  • A shadow is cast when something is placed between a light above and something below.
  • Moses’ tabernacle was a shadow of the heavenly temple. It revealed the existence of the heavenly temple but was not its exact form.
  • The passover meal was a shadow of Jesus Christ’s death and resurrection. It hinted at it and gave many details but not all.
  • A shadow of the mobile court is any judge who acted as a circuit judge in Israel. Samuel is an example of a judge (who primarily held other roles) who is explicitly said to have traveled in a circuit. (1 Sam 7:16).
  • The similarity is in how the mobile court also essentially comes to you and is accessible in lower realms.
  • Off-Topic

Needs Exploration

  • An examination of the geometric diagram of Metatron’s cube should reveal the mobile court in there somewhere as the diagram does describe the overall governmental structure.
  • The overall court system can be thought of as being in the shape of a menorah (7 branch golden candlestick) in how things flow through them. Understanding of this should point to the existence of the Mobile Court.
  • Divine Council not Mobile Court

Details about the Mobile Court

  • This court’s authority exceeds that of all earthly courts and governments. Expect earthly results after heavenly verdicts are rendered. There has been testimony of earthly judges doing unexpected things which match the verdicts previously rendered in heaven.
  • This is the lowest court in the heavenly court system. This means this court is not in charge of authorizing or creating scrolls, plans, or words but instead only enforces such things.
  • This is the only court which the accuser is allowed to enter.
  •  You, the plaintiff, may present or dispute a case for anything where you have standing. This means you may present a case for you yourself, your friends, your bloodline, your nation, nations related to your bloodline or related by adoption (spiritual or physical), any organization you are part of, any ministry you have contributed to either by helps or financially, any mandates God has given you, any people God has given your responsibility for, and any one-off scope of authority God has given you for specific cases.
  • Examples of things that you may bring suit for: your past actions, scrolls, destinies, your family line, sins and iniquity of your ancestors, promises of God, finances, resurrection, healing, and anything else pertaining to you.
  • God the Father presides as judge of the court seated on a throne, and Yeshua Messiah is our lawyer.
  • Various demons or other negative entities may appear to provide their accusations to the court as needed.
  • There are 9 voices that may speak for you to provide testimony in a case as described here: https://www.oneunitedbody.org/2019/03/06/9-voices-in-heaven-that-testify-to-our-innocence-in-the-courts/
  • There are also beings in the court such as bailiff angels, couriers who bring scrolls, scribes who record proceedings, and all other such minor judicial staff.
  • Waiting rooms do exist for some places in heaven and there does seem to be a small one attached to this court, but I can think of no situations where anyone would ever use it. I have seen some higher courts have balconies for observers. This one may have one also.

Protocol of the Mobile Court

  1. You come to the court when your spirit feels there is an accusation against you or you decide to initiate a case as you feel there is something you need to ask for or repent of. Procedure: Ask the court to meet and believe you have entered this realm. Sight is not necessary. A respectful attitude is recommended that God may show you favor: James 4:6. Praise is also recommended: Ps 100:4
  2. Make sure the books a.k.a. scrolls are opened. The records of God’s word and intent is needed for the case to proceed. Daniel 7:10; Rev 20:12; Rev 5:2. In my personal experience the court does this without you having to ask.
  3. Make your opening statement e.g. say what you want. In the course of proceedings later you will both remove the negative and state the positive things that should be. If all these matters are not revealed to you yet you may need to come back to the court again with the same case and take care of the newly revealed matters.
  4. Call in the voice of the accuser and let it/them speak. Some teachers do not have this step, but it reveals what negative things are resisting you which may save you from having to make additional visits to the court due to ignorance of accusations. Verses on accusation or negative speech – Rev 12:10; Is 54:17; Heb 12:24; Zech 3:1 (Side note: There is a statute of limitations on the accusations that may be brought against your bloodline. Deut 5:9. Anything older than 4 generations back should not be allowed to be entered as evidence in court. On the positive side you can call on the blessings and promises to your spiritual bloodline in addition to the physical.)
  5. Agree with the accuser. Matthew 5:25
  6. Repent of the accusations and ask to be judged according to God’s covering over you, his mercy. This is also the time to let at least one, if not many, of the voices that speak for you to give testimony. Choose them as led: https://www.oneunitedbody.org/2019/03/06/9-voices-in-heaven-that-testify-to-our-innocence-in-the-courts/ I personally highly recommend the blood of Yeshua a.k.a. Jesus.
  7. Speak the positive things you want to happen to replace the negative things. For personal matters this would be prophesying personal destiny. For larger matters this would be stating God’s will for a matter and what should happen to it.
  8. Let the judge render the verdict. (Note that the court is entirely stacked in your favor, you should win 100% of the time if you repent and base your statements on God’s word or promises.) And see what he gives you. He may give you a scroll to eat or perhaps just say it is granted and have heaven take care of execution. You may also be given scrolls which you will need to take to the court of angels so that angels may be assigned to handle the scrolls. In the case of restraining orders you may have angels assigned to you. As you can see many things can happen so follow the leading of Holy Spirit if you are unsure what to do. Giving more thanks is also recommended. Believe you have received if you missed that.

This is the end of protocol. As the protocol in this court is lenient you may even be able to move steps around or skip some as grace is granted for those learning.

Side note: Wrong motives are a voice spoken from your heart that testify against you. Similarly, illegitimate requests (those against God’s will) will not be granted. Example – most requests to rain fire from heaven upon your enemies to kill them come from the wrong spirit (Luke 9:54-55). If you take this to an extreme you may unwittingly end up in a demonic court instead of the mobile court. Come with a right heart.

Needs Exploration

  • Court as a trading floor.
  • Possible purifying+gathering (bringing all men to him) function of the court.
  • What name is God the Father in when seated in this court?
  • What are the minimal the unsaved have to believe to function in the court?
