New Wineskin Giving

THE GRACE OF GIVING

Giving is a Grace

Giving is one of the great graces of the New Wineskin, but it is also one of the most abused godly principles of the kingdom of God in the Old Wineskin.

  • Giving is a Grace,  in that it empowers the giver to be blessed beyond measure
  • “Give and it shall be given unto you, good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over…”. Giving triggers multiplication.
  • Grace is multiplication, giving is multiplication.
  • Grace is a manifestation;  giving triggers manifestation.
  • Giving is a governmental act and an act of worship.

Giving is a Trade

  • Giving is also trading, whether we are aware or not as we give we are trading.
  • What grounds are you trading into..the Old Wineskin or the New Wineskin?
  • Giving / Trading is the first thing God taught Adam to do by illustration.
  • God breathed into Adam by stepping into him.  Adam breathed him out. That is giving.
  • That was the first trading; first giving and receiving.  Man learned a major life principle.
  • Then God blessed him and asked him to go bless every living thing; another giving and receiving.
  • It’s a blessing to receive, but even more blessed is the giver.  For God is a giver.
  • Givers step into being gods because like God they giving all the time and giving to all.

Let’s Redeem Giving/ trading.

We need to redeem giving/trading and see it from God’s perspective such that it frees people to ask for it and also frees people to give or even not give.

Otherwise it becomes religious either way.

  • The truth about giving/trading to facilitators and fathers is that they like God, first and foremost, give to others and they choose to give back as they receive.
  • God so loved the world so he gave his only begotten son freely, as you receive you can also give him your heart and money or not.
  • No pressure, it’s all by free will and choice, like presenting yourself as a living sacrifice.
  • One day I heard God say the grace of giving is part of presenting our bodies as a living sacrifice
  • Giving our money, time and services are all product of our bodies.
  • But both God and facilitators / fathers would greatly love it if you do.
  • It is a very powerful tool when really understood and properly embraced.
  • Giving is a God-given trade to enable His sons to grow and fulfill their destiny.
  • It is on God’s heart that we, His children, give towards the furtherance of His work
  • He says we can ask the body to support the givers of the word/ facilitators/ fathers.
  • He promises to bless the givers and give endlessly to them.
  • It’s one of the few places in the word that God asked man to prove Him.
  • He wants us to give and also receive;  not only one way….all the time receiving and not giving back.
  • As you receive, you in turn give.  As you give, you in turn receive….creating a flow or it’s dead works.
  • The Working Ox should be provided for.
  • We don’t need to feel bad by asking…ask and you shall receive….those who ask receive. Or be religious when others are asking the body to give back to facilitators.
  • Though we don’t need to charge for the revelation God gives us.
  • We don’t need to feel bad if we genuinely can’t give
  • We don’t have to put people in a category if they ask.
  • We are to give as a way of honoring the facilitators.
  • Paul said if I don’t give you a chance to give I take from you the great opportunity for you to be blessed and also to grow.
  • “Not that I seek the gift, but I seek the fruit that abounds to your account.”  Philippians 4:17
  • Giving into a house shows you treasure that house and that your heart is there.
  • As a part of the house, God requires you to add your personal input, including money and services
  • Yet nobody should be persuaded or convinced to give, it should be free will giving.  That’s what pleases God.
  • It should be God-inspired.
  • Giving should also be consistent.
  • You’re not cursed if you don’t give.  That’s a misinterpretation.
  • Rather it’s a wrong trade of always receiving and not giving.
  • Ask God about giving and trading then trade into the facilitators and fathers.
  • God loves givers.
  • God loves cheerful givers…give cheerfully.
